Launch Multiple Apps With One Click
Group the apps, websites, and folders for a task once, then open them all together whenever you need them.

If you open the same set of apps every time you sit down for a particular task, you can save that set once and launch it with a single click.
The idea
FlowDock calls each saved set a workspace. A workspace can contain applications, websites, and folders. Launching the workspace opens everything in it.
Set one up
- Pick a task you repeat. Something you start the same way most days.
- Create a workspace and give it a clear name, such as Development or Research.
- Add your resources. Choose the applications you use, add the websites you open, and pick the folders you work from.
- Launch it. Open the workspace and your resources open together.
Tips
- Name workspaces after the work, not the tools.
- Keep each one short. If a workspace holds everything, it is not saving you anything.
- Use the menu bar to reach your workspaces without switching windows first.
Know the limits
The free plan includes three workspaces with up to five resources each. FlowDock Pro has no limit on either.
