Requesting a refund
You may request a refund within 14 days after your initial FlowDock Pro purchase. This voluntary refund window applies to the initial purchase only; it does not automatically apply to subscription renewals. For renewal billing errors or other concerns, contact us or Paddle for review. Contact FlowDock support or Paddle buyer support with your receipt or transaction reference. Do not send payment-card details. Applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
How refunds are processed
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle and your payment provider. A refund that reverses a paid period can end Pro access for that period. Your saved workspace data is preserved.
Canceling a subscription
Open FlowDock Settings and choose Manage Subscription to reach Paddle’s customer portal. You can also use the management link in your Paddle email. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. A cancellation scheduled for the end of your paid billing period keeps Pro active until that period ends. Canceling renewal does not itself issue a refund; submit a refund request separately if needed.
After Pro ends
FlowDock returns to the Free allowance of three active workspaces and five resources per workspace. Your saved workspaces and resources are not deleted. You can select which three workspaces remain active. Monthly and yearly plans unlock the same Pro features.
