Start Your Day With One Click
A small morning routine: one workspace for the things you check first, opened together.

Most mornings start the same way. Open the mail, check the calendar, look at the to-do list, open the folder for today's work. It only takes a few minutes, but it happens every day.
Make a Morning workspace
Create a workspace called Morning and add just the things you check first:
- Calendar, to see what today looks like
- Mail, for anything urgent
- Your task list, as an app or a website
- The folder for the project you are working on this week
Keep it short. Four or five things is enough.
Launch it once
When you sit down, open FlowDock and launch Morning. Everything opens together, so you can go straight to deciding what to do first.
Close what you are done with
When the morning check is finished, close what you no longer need and switch to the workspace for your main work. A clean start makes the rest of the day easier.
